IBM Starts Speaking To The Web, Internet’s Voice Controlled - Gizmo Watch: "IBM’s research arm in India is developing a technology that will allow users to “talk” to the web and create voice sites through mobile phones. A Hyper Speech Transmission Protocol (HSTP) similar to the HTTP has been developed to aid in development of the technology that will be used primarily via mobile phones. According to the company, results of field trials in India have been “mind boggling.”
